I may not have worked in a standard hospital but I wouldn't call my service experimentation. I have never experimented on anyone.

[Which was... true! At this point. Give him a few more months. And while we don't know exactly what his work 'in the field' entailed, weapon repairs and patching people up make sense considering his expertise.]
