I have heard of something similar happening on another planet. However, this differed. It affected only the individual himself.
Each day I visited him it was apparent that he had aged quite a bit more than normal.
His name is Regis Lucis Caelum. You should be able to see it for yourself if you have met him before. He is awake at this point.
