When they spoke it was impossible not to feel the weight of it, and yet there was no pressure in his direction to hurry up and get it over with, not like he'd felt with the gods. Somnus understood that above all else he was still just a human, trying to live a normal human life as best he could. He allowed this place to be a respite.
