[Tony sighed heavily. As much as he really wanted to be an ass here, he did know at least a vaguely that Emet and Era's household had been dealing with a lot since he'd arrived. He was frustrated with the whole system and the city, but to completely dismiss the fact that he knew they'd been having trouble (and some of it just might have been his fault) was a little past what even he could do.

Fine, I hear you, but you're one of many. And this isn't some academic matter as I've already explained to you several times. If you're going to dismiss what I'm saying to this degree, then I'll save my breath and deal with one of the other grumpy people wanting to bitch at my over this.

The bottom line is this. I don't care about any of the rest of this. I don't. The part I can't overlook is if there are people in those towers being hurt. There are people here who are scared about friends and loved ones who have disappeared and there's reason to think they might be in those towers having experiments done to them. I don't care how much you want to blame me for everything else, that's the reason it was urgent. That's the reason it happened at all. That's what we needed to find out. Judge us how you see fit, but at least get the reason right or shut the hell up.
