For those who don't know me, and that's my own fault, I'm Ciel Phantomhive. I've been here for nearly a year.

With the recent expansion of the wall, we discovered several new areas that were ravaged by the storm outside. Among them are the Baths.

They're in bad shape, it may not be repaired and functioning until the end of the year- that's an optimistic estimation, of course. Next spring or summer at worst.

I would like to recruit volunteers to help work at it. At the moment, my priorities for starting are cleaning the main entrance and one of the rooms to set up a rest and refreshment area, since we'll likely be working much of the day. From there, we'll work on reinforcing and replacing doorways that are irreparable, the rest to follow.

Cleaning comes first, we'll need to clear the detritus before we can repair anything.

I'll also be looking into artisans, whether that's among the adherents the gods brought or the natives remains to be seen but there are statues in an old fountain there that are seriously damaged or may need replaced entirely.

I'll be contacting who I can about blueprints for the Baths today.

I wish you luck in your endeavor. I will be working on the factories and around the mines, so it may happen by chance that there will be something mutually beneficial for our efforts. Should I happen upon anything that will greatly improve the progression of our work, I will inform you.

I'm not sure how much could possibly be found in the Baths that would help with any of the factories but I'll do the same should I find anything. Perhaps some of the old metal could be reused for something, or bits of it.

In essence they are both restoration projects, though the equipment that needs repaired will be different. We are likely to encounter some of the same building materials.

You will need to see where the plumbing is connected. If it leads outside of the barrier, it is possible the entire system will need rerouted. It may be that you will need new pipes made, which will be much easier when the factory is running again.

I have been recycling materials. Should you find something useful, you may drop it off at the Information Center.

I'm working on acquiring the blueprints, if they still exists, but it's going to take some searching.

[Recycling materials are doable. In fact, he'll probably find way more in there than most people might expect.]

Whatever I find, I'll be sure you get to look through it. I'm not sure how much else needs restored out there but it seems like the factories should have priority pick.

If you have luck let me know. If there are blueprints of the baths, there may be of the factories as well.

[ Is it really Ciel's fault if Sasuke is a newer arrival who has had a major technological gap to overcome?

While Sasuke isn't thrilled at the idea, at least this would give him something to do. ]

I'm experienced with making building repairs.

[ Yukimura and Shingen break enough walls, and they aren't the ones repairing them. Sasuke is. Was. ]

[That's definitely a fair point that he hadn't really given any thought. He can sympathize with overcoming that gap though.]

You'd be a welcome hand if you don't mind volunteering the time. I, unfortunately, am not in a position to compensate anyone but I'm moderately sure that the natives will make up for whatever effort we put in.

And I would appreciate it, if that means anything.

[ God damn it. He's going to be underpaid in this world too... Well, it's not like he knows what it's like to actually be paid decently. ]

I don't have anything better to do at the moment. Do you have tools and materials ready, or do we need to find those too?

[ Don't mind how resigned and exasperated he sounds. These kinds of things are honestly another day for him. ]

We're going to have to source those, though I'm sure the natives will obliged us. They've already given us all credit for the wall expanding.

[ Sasuke is just mentally whining. He's used to this. Sadly. ]

Do you want me to check the stores after seeing the baths' condition?

[ He's really hoping the locals will pool the amounts of materials necessary and deliver to the site. ]

If you know what we would need after seeing everything, I would appreciate it if you could send me a list and I'll talk with some of the representatives.

[He could probably talk to Magolor for help with that, actually. Hm.]

I've only ever started a business before, restoration is a new step.

[ As long as the repairs aren't to super modern things, Sasuke should be fine. A brick and mortar wall is a brick and mortar wall.

And hey, he won't have to try and reason with the locals. That's another win for him. ]

[He thinks the plumbing might be the 'newest' think to the Baths but until they get access to every part of it and he gets a look at blueprints...]

That's alright, I think any art will be towards the tail end of this project. I don't think there will be any shortage of heavy lifting until then.
