[Hummy was told this... device could communicate with others, like a telephone or a computer screen. The robots had showed her how it worked briefly, but she's...kind of already forgotten a lot of it. The shock of arriving in a new world makes it hard to focus on any one thing for too long, y'know? But! She's been staring at it for a while now and thinks she figured out how to get it to work after testing a variety of different buttons.]

[...Look, she is from a time before smart phones and she has no thumbs and she is trying her best, okay? She hasn't figured out how to do audio transcription yet, much less voice or video.]

Yup!! So glad I found you again!

[ He reaches out to give her a pat on her head. ]

Oh right, you said you were lost! Were you trying to go somewhere? We can go together!!

That's so funny, nya~

[She smiles at his touch and gives a little nod.] I was trying to find the residential district. The robot at the temple said I shouldn't sleep here. [More specifically, they strongly implied she couldn't sleep there because it might scare the sacred mice. It was just a little nap on the steps! Sheesh!]

Wait, you mean you haven't gotten a place yet?!

[ And she's been sleeping here?! In the temple? Not that it's a bad place... it's a temple, after all! But she could've gotten a bedding and everything. Now he feels bad for not sticking with her the other day. They could've just moved in together! ]

Where I'm staying now's got a few empty rooms! Wanna stay with us? More like, stay with us!!

[ Assuming she hasn't gotten any other choices! He holds her paw as if to convince her. ]

Eh? D-do you mean that?

[As she stares up into Yuuji's eyes, her own eyes widen and get a little watery. Much like when he'd volunteered to help her find her friends, Hummy finds herself truly touched by this boy's big heart. Yuuji is so kind. She sniffles and puts her free paw on top of his hand holding the other.]

I'd love to!

[hansha]

[ Hu... Hummy...!! ]

Of course!!

[ He hoists her up in both his hands, heart filled with pure joy. How can she be this adorable?! Man... If anyone so much as touch a hair on her head, he'll make them pay!! ]

Awesome!! [ And he'll lower his arms, but not putting her back down to the ground yet. ] Let's go home, then!! I'll show you around after! You must be tired and hungry, right?

[nyakama]

Nyapu~! Let's go home! [It felt nice to say.] I could definitely use a snack!

... Ah! I can't forget my things, though. [Spoken as though she definitely had forgotten until that very moment. She gestures to the little cloth bundle her tablet is in sitting nearby.]

Oh! That's right!!

[ He gotchu, Hummy! He'll put her on his shoulder, then bow down to pick her stuff up. All set!! ]

's that everything? If yes, hang tight, 'cuz we're gonna blast!

[ Is he planning to sprint like mad from here? Absolutely. Don't worry, though, he'll make sure it's extra secure by putting his free hand over Hummy!! ]

[Hummy hasn't forgotten the wild parkour they did when they met and tenses a tiny bit at his declaration. When he puts his hand over her, though, she feels unexpectedly reassured. It is big and warm and protective.]

M-mm! Let’s go, nya!

[hansha]

[ And that hand will stay there to protect you!! If he's gonna carry someone with him, he'll make sure they're in safe hands. Hummy's also warm against his hand and it makes his heart full, somehow. He's always been the super positive kinda guy, but this just reminds him again that there are a lot of good things about coming here, to Havenwell.

Zooms he goes ahead! Despite the high speed, he's been smoothly dodging people without unnecessarily angling his body here and there, so it's nothing like Mad Taxi or 2 Speed 2 Angery! Just a constant flow like they're on a nice boat ride down the river. A little too fast though, maybe. There's actually no need to rush too much, so when Yuuji realises that, he winds down a little.

After cutting through the center of the city where the large water fountain is at, they're on the track to the residential area, where less robots are bustling, and a few humans can be seen. Yuuji's pretty sure he hasn't gotten to know some of them just yet. He's not really the kind of person whose goal is to make 100 friends, but it'll be nice to get to know more people eventually! ]

Are you excited, Hummy?

[ But right now his focus is on Hummy and hoping that she'll like their place! He thinks their place isn't too dirty, even with three guys occupying it. Probably. ]

[Phew, what a rush. It's a little less scary this time since she knew it was coming and Yuuji held her in place, but it's still pretty intense! She wonders if this is what it’d be like to ride on one of the Cure’s shoulders during battle.] Yes! [A great big smile. Ah, there’s something you’re supposed to say at times like these, right?] I'm home~ ♪

...Ah! Earlier, you said "live with us" – do you live here with your friends? What are they like, nya? [Come to think of it, they’d been so busy looking for her friends before that she hadn’t asked him about his!]

[ Oh. That surely makes Yuuji sparkle in delight. I'm home, she said!! He can't be any more elated!! ]

[ And of course he has to say it, even if he's just back home with her now!! ]

Ah, yeah! I live with my teacher and my classmate! Somehow, all three of us were brought over here... but it don't seem like it's always the case!

[ As for what they're like... ]

Hmm... Gojou-sensei's real tall! [ He lifts a hand opposite to which shoulder Hummy's sitting on to gauge the height. ] 'bout this tall? And he usually 's got blindfold on him. He can still see, tho'! When he takes it off, you'll see that he's got really long eyelashes! [ What else... ] Oh, sometimes he'll say some random weird stuff, but he's a good guy!! I'm sure you'll get along with him quick!

[ Yuuji sometimes thinks that it'd be great if Gojou would generally explain things a bit more to him, but eh... it's alright. Now as for his classmate-- ]

Fushiguro's... pretty easy to spot! He's a bit taller than me, [ Doing the hand thing again! ] and his hair's like a sea urchin! Like, bam. [ His hands move to gesture a tiny explosion. ] At first you might think he's pretty quiet and cold, but he's also a real good guy at heart! He'll talk to you if you talk to him, he's just always on energy saver mode, haha! He thinks about every single thing in the world, I think...

[ It's kinda a joke but also not. Fushiguro's always thinking so much about everything after all.

He turns his head to look at Hummy and smiles at her. ]

That's about it, I guess? I'm open to questions, though!

Ah! [Hummy makes a little fist with her paw and pounds it into her other paw in understanding.] I’ve met Gojou-sensei! [She might not have picked up his name, but the description is unmistakable. She covers her eyes with her paws to represent Gojou’s blindfold.] I met him not long after I met you! We worked on a recipe together, nya! He's very nice.

[She uncovers her eyes, glancing around at the house. Gosh. A place to stay. A place to call home, and one with friends, at that. How lucky.] I don’t think I’ve met Fushiguro though. [You have, you just don’t realize it since you only heard him...] But! I'm sure he is wonderful because he is your friend!

Wha, you guys did?!

[ Yuuji gleefully laughs. The thought of Gojou standing in the kitchen somehow is super funny to him. Was he wearing pink apron and stuff too? That'd strangely suit him. ]

What did you guys make?

[ Fushiguro on another hand... ]

Mm! I can't wait for you to see him. When you're with him, it's like time flows slower? I dunno how to put it. It's relaxing! Maybe because he doesn't really talk that much.

[ Are you trying to say he's boring, Yuuji. Is that why time passes slower. ]
