Hello! [ a young girl looks back at you, with a huge smile and... Pink skin. And hair. She is also wearing a very flashy suit and a white mask around her eyes and that is totally Mina's hero suit.]

My name is Pinky, your brand new superhero! [ she makes a pose, but then waves her hand] Actually, I only have a Provisional license, but since I was brought here, I want to do what any hero would do and help out.

Though... [ her smile drops a bit, and she puts her hands together apologetically] I will need someone to fill me in on all.... The gods and the barrier and such. [ there is another small pause] And is there a way of knowing if someone from my world is here too? It'd be fun if the rest of my class was here as well-

[ but alright, she is ranting now! Mina will shake her head to stop herself and then grins wide and waves her hand] Thank you!

I already knew there were a lot of protagonist types here, but.... --Um, what is it exactly that you're wondering? About the gods and the barrier and such.

[ a girl! And she seems to be Mina's age! While Mina doesn't mind befriending guys at all, she really likes to have girl friends too]

Ah- every...thing? I mean, I don't know anything at all about this place, though I'm meant to help out. I should know a little, right?

[ Maybe a lil older than Mina, but still a fellow teenager! Welcome to the Young Ladies of Havenwell Club?? ]

Are they slacking off on telling newcomers the situation, these days? [ tch, she's totally ready to believe this ] I mean, they at least told you why we're here, right? They wouldn't leave that out.

Oh no, they told me that. And probably a lot more but... I was kind of distracted. [ you know, arriving to a whole new world and seeing a robot! ]

But even so, they only told me a bit, they didn't go into details like who are these Gods and what's outside the city...

Now that I think about it, I guess I didn't listen too closely when I first got here, myself.... [ There's a wry, embarrassed little half-smile. ] You have a better attitude, for sure.

But as for all that... the gods are the gods, you know? Rawna, Diacht, Ohma, and Ainea--we know their names, and it's supposedly their fault that we're here, but it's not like we can talk to them. And I haven't been outside the barrier, but it seems like it's pretty bad out there.

I just want to help, really. [ being a Hero and all ]

Why can't we talk to them? Or is it like... uhm, religion, I guess? [ you just believe they exist, something like that ]

Bad how? Are there people living there? [ she is worried now ]

Well, you can talk at them, but I haven't heard of anybody getting a response. They're not very sociable, I guess. [ She pauses, tilting her head thoughtfully. ] Well, I said that, but there have been a couple weird instances that might have been messages from them.

--Oh, no, nobody lives outside! I'm pretty sure! I don't think it's even possible. That's the whole point of the barrier, as I understand it.

[ it doesn't answer the question if they are real or just... maybe real. She doesn't want to worship gods or anything like this, but- well, it'd be nice to know they are actually helping people directly.

WELL! She won't think too hard about that! ]

So is the air toxic or something like that? ... I'm kind of curious now!! [ that's because everyone told her not to try to get out ]

Toxic... [ She frowns, thoughtful, then nods. ] Something like that, I guess? Right before I ended up here, it got damaged somehow, and all of us who helped fix up the damage around the hole kept getting sick. Besides that, there's always a storm out there, and all kinds of monsters--the only things that can survive in that environment, I guess. But... maybe it wouldn't be such a problem for a superhero?

[ Mina thinks for a second. She might be a hero (well, almost there!) but she can't really filter the air if it's toxic. Unless she can... maybe form a filter out of her own acid?

Ah but that's something to think about later! ]

Eh- what do you mean by monsters? [ wait a second, wait a second ] Like... Godzilla??

--! Maybe! Maybe there really is one out there! I bet it's not impossible!

That would be SO COOL, though!!!! [ she is excited! But - ]

But yeah, I guess a barrier to protect the city would be needed in that case.

[daikonrose]

[ Kyoko is nodding to herself, wide eyed and earnest. ]

There really might be! When the barrier expanded, there were definitely some lizards mixed in with all the spiders and things! Maybe if you go further out, there are bigger ones!

[ A beat. ]

I hope we don't get any in here if that happens again....

Well, not in here.

But someone should explore outside the barrier. What if there are more cities? [ plus, she might see some really cool things ]

[daikonrose]

I don't know much about it, but there are a few people who've managed it--I guess you have to convince the robots to give you a suit so you can survive out there for a little while? Like an astronaut. --Oh, maybe your outfit is enough to protect you though? Since you're a hero!

[pinkxeno]

My suit is acid resistant, but that's it. If it's a airborne toxin, it could protect me a little but- [ she would still breathe it in ] I guess I could create my own filter with my Acid, but I don't know if it'd neutralize the toxin. [ Mina crosses her arms, thinking.

WELL!

She claps her hands after ] But that's something for later, then! The barrier is important, so I'm not going to go over it until I talk to the robots. [ she does a small V sign with her hand ]

And the barrier is kept by energy we form by hugging, right?

... Acid?

[ Kyoko maybe hadn't pinned down any specific expectations for a cheerful pink superhero named Pinky yet, but acid... was not among anything she'd imagined. ]

--Oh, yes, more or less. Since it's made by the gods, and they get their fuel from touching--it doesn't have to be hugs in particular, though.

Yeah, that's my quirk. I can form acid from my skin. [ Mina forms a blob of grey acid which she holds with her hand ] Cool uhu?

Ah, so touching is enough? Like holding hands? That's cute.

[daikonrose]

[ "Quirk" seems like a pretty mild word for that, but that would probably be rude to say? Kyoko has to blink a bunch of times before suddenly leaning in REAL close to get a better look at that. ]

Holding hands is plenty, but--putting that aside, you can just--make acid, just like that?! You don't have to say any magical words or call on some celestial body or--anything??

Hmmm, nope! Not really, but it's fun to scream the name of the attacks I come up with... like Acid Veil!! [ and surely Mina spreads out her arms and from them acid comes out to form a veil around her ]

[ Maybe not exactly Kyoko's aesthetic, but undeniably impressive! ]

No catchphrase yet, but- [ mina suddenly poses ] I was thinking of something like this for my Hero pose!

[ She watches eagerly, cupping her chin and nodding. ]

I see, I see! A powerful gesture, but it's also cute and full of energy!

Exactly! [ Mina bounces, excitedly ] I want to show everyone my personality, so things like this are important.

[ but- AH!!! ] I'm sorry, I totally forgot-

What's your name? I'm Ashido Mina!
