I have non-perishable food available for anyone who has been unable to acquire enough sustenance from their replicators.

Any chance you have sugar stockpiled? I keep getting salt

I do, yes. It is an important survival tool.

How much sugar would you like? We can do a 1:1 trade.

Enough to flavour my tea. You can have as much of this salt as you need. My replicator is spiting out double what I ask

Are you a tea-with-sugar type or a sugar-with-tea type of tea person?

Tea-with-sugar type. Just a little sweetness, not too much. I like the tea flavour more.

I can have Carbuncle deliver a half-ponze to you. That should be approximately two dozen teaspoons or so. Would that be enough for now?

Should be fine, till we can get these things fixed. Or I find the ingredient that gives me sugar...

It should track you down within a quarter bell. If it happens to get caught in a downpour it may unfortunately try to rub chocolate on your legs.

Have you tried sugar cane? It takes more effort, but it isn't difficult to refine sugar from its source.

I've just tried to request sugar cane and got two peppers. So that doesn't help me. But a good suggestion.

What kind of peppers?

Two green peppers. We've several potatoes as well. The other day it was spitting those out every time we asked for a thing.

I can give you a full ponze of sugar for the peppers, and some potatoes if you've an excess of them.
