[Finally, Mina's voice gets Katsuki to snap out of it. The light returns to his eyes, along with his anger, and he stands up while snarling. He won't allow any shitty robots to ruin his record!] Stop talking and help me break out of this stupid cell. Who the fuck arrests their heroes?! I'LL KILL THEM!!!

Somebody by the name of Naoto Shirogane. They solved a series of murder cases in a small country town. I've looked into their cases a little bit, but I haven't really dug into them.
