[There's a brief moment of rustling and it took a little while until the feed focused on a rather young-looking Elezen. Clearing his throat before proceeding, he's had a few days to really play around with this kind of technology.]

Pray forgive my lateness in introductions. My name is Alphinaud Leveilleur and I have just recently arrived here in Havenwell along with my sister, Alisaie.

I have already been given the rundown of how things work here and have been settling in fine, but admit I have been finding myself wanting for something to pass the time while I'm here. And it is for that matter that I would like to extend my talents during my stay here.

What kind of work would one find here? I am quite familiar with politics and do so love it when a plan comes together. I'm not really picky. I am also happy to learn new things as well.

What was the goal of the robbery? What was stolen? What are the temples like?

I intend to do my part while I'm here, but that will take some time. I don't think I'll have too many difficulties learning more for myself once I have the proper time to adjust.

Most likely to gain information, fueled by frustrations of the research towers not being transparent with Offworlders. Gods forbid anyone actually try and take the time to build trust first. 🙄

I found it frustrating at first myself, but I know I am not entitled to information I have not earned.

I doubt you will run into trouble. Nor will you be lacking in time, unfortunately. If there is aught I can do to help you need only let me know, and I know Ardbert will offer the same.

And these research towers... What is their purpose? [Was it for information or something else?] At least time will not be a pressing matter here. I will be sure to keep that in mind. Your knowledge will be very helpful in proceeding onward.

Research into various advancements that may help restore their world, such as investigating samples from the wasteland beyond the city's border. Presumably other things as well, like medicines for the flora and fauna they saved, things to better accommodate our living here, and I suspect a number of them are looking into ways to revert back to their biological forms.

And how did they come to be like this? These wastelands beyond the border... Is there any safe way to explore past it?
