Accidental Video [Open]

[There's a loud clatter and the screen turns on. The feed is pointed straight up at the sky in some alley, before a ten-year-old boy's dirt-smudged face with white hair and blue eye's appears off center, looking worried. He sits down cross-legged on the ground, picks up the communicator, and now it's visible that he's wearing a very oversized (like several xl large adult sized) gray t-shirt like a tunic or dress with shorts and sneakers.]

Oh no! Kaiba-rhya's gonna kill me! Did I break it?

[He moves the screen really close to his face so he can look at the communicator but nothing looks wrong..? But..? He doesn't know? The screen really looks weird!]

Hello? Box? Are you okay?

[ooc: If anyone responds in text, they'll be able to hear the text being read aloud by the communicator to the boy.]

[When the tablet is moved out of reach, Tiriaq tries to stand on his toes to see better. When that doesn't work, he moves to try and hold on to Kaiba's leg to stand even higher on his toes. Still can't see. How was this man so tall?! He was a giant!

He crouches down.. and jumps! He tries to use the momentum to climb up on to Kaiba's shoulders like a cat might since this was bound to be a brilliant idea.]

[There didn't appear to be any additional damage- with as short as Tiriaq is it wasn't surprising. The tumble would have needed to have been from a greater height, or with more force behind the blow. Kaiba was about to voice this, when he felt the further infringement on his personal space. A hug is one thing, but what was the boy trying to accomplish with what he was attempting now.

Knitting his eyebrows, Kaiba looked down in time to see the crouch.]

What are you...

[.. but the final word never made it past his lips as the other started to scramble up him like he was some sort of tree. Leaning forward from the additional weight his footing remained true but his frown deepened. He also emitted an undignified yelp of surprise that he was less then proud of. Kaiba likely looked ridiculous with a kid on his back, and his arms outstretched to either side, still holding the tablet in one hand]

If you wanted to see that badly, you could have done the sensible thing and asked.

[Made it! Tiriaq was beaming brightly, proud of his accomplishment, and he snickers seeing the silly expression on his Kaiba-rhya's face. His arms and legs wrap around his caregiver like a koala bear on a Eucalyptus tree.

He frowns a bit confused when he's scolded though.]

But Kaiba-rhya! You always say we should be self-suff-is-ent and if we're capable of doing something ourselves then we shouldn't ask others to do it for us. Didn't I just show that I didn't need help?
