Gotta say, getting woken up by some fucking robots is new and I've been to Hell.
Name's Nekane Adomaitis. I got the lowdown about this place and saving the world and whatever, but I want to know what you guys think. They talking shit or?
[They honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was just bullshit in the end. But still, information is needed.]

A few months after I got here, there was a breach in the walls, and a bunch of spider-like monsters got in. That's the only time anything quite like that has happened, though, and looking out through the walls before they got repaired it looked like there was just a dust storm outside of them.
There has been at least one party that was allowed out to survey the area outside, too. They documented the trip very thoroughly.
[Attached at the end of his reply is a link to the relevant network post. Enjoy that!]

A sickness, hun. Interesting.
There's a VR program here too? Just the one?
[There was VR back in Hell but...yeah, it really sounds like there's a difference.]

I've only ever actually tried the VR once, but I think it was the one mentioned in the post, "Memories of the Sun". I'm pretty sure that one's available to the public around the start of the year, so that would be in about five months. I think there were other programs available, if I remember correctly? But I wouldn't be able to tell you much about them.

[They're being vague but it's because the effects of Hell's VR were vague when they weren't nasty. And Nekane has to hope that's not the case here.]
Text
[Almost like he's experienced those sorts of things before. Shinji wont press, but it's just something worth noting.]
As far as I know, nothing glitchy? That particular program could pull up and display the memories of the people in it, but I think that was an intended feature. The VR cafe seemed like a pretty popular spot, though, so I can't imagine all of the programs are that invasive or risky.

[When it wasn't just outright terrible, anyway.]
Good to know though. At least that's one bit of bullshit I don't have to deal with. Thanks.

You're welcome.
This place isn't perfect, but hopefully it treats you well. You wouldn't be the only person here coming from a much worse place, and as far as I've seen, most of the offworlders are willing to share information about anything we've learned here.

[And hopefully what everyone's saying here is the truth.]
Don't think I got your name, by the way.

Oh, sorry. My name is Shinji.
