basically it's a form of body art using ink or dye, permanent or semi-permanent. using a needle to get the ink under the skin.

Why would even get inked? It's permanent, isn't it? What is so enticing in getting branded, even if it's with pretty pictures?

as for why. why not? its permanent, yeah. its... symbolic. meaningful. it'll stand for somethin, a reminder for all time. least all of my time.
