[ Mina is NOT wearing her hero suit today, and instead she looks... well, mostly normal (her fashion choices are Amazing). When the feed starts, she waves back at the camera, and she steps away a bit so the viewer can see her better ]

Guys, guys!! Look!! [ she lifts her hands and she suddenly makes a small 1 food diameter bubble. And afterwards, she waves her hand to move a plate of food closer to her - it looks like telekinesis, but Mina is actually controlling the air ] I'm getting better at this! Isn't it cool?!

[ she grabs the plate, and the bubble pops, while Mina walks up to the communicator again ] Anyway, cool powers aside-


I was talking to Cliff the other day and I have been wondering... the natives here are robots, so they don't have any hospitals and things like that, do they? That means, if we get sick... they probably won't know what to do. [ Mina sits down on a chair, in front of the communicator while she speaks ] I think it's important we make sure we have what we need in case someone gets hurt or sick, or that we know who to go to in case something happens.

I know first aid and a little bit about medications like painkillers and antibiotics. Does anyone else know how to take care of sick and hurt people? Or how to heal with magic. [ since magic is real, here ] It'd be cool if we had our own clinic going on.

And I can control it super well, so it's not dangerous, I promise!

That's certainly an interesting ability. How does it work?

[pinkxeno]

I can make acid from my skin, but I prefer to concentrate it on my hands or feet. This way I can make a stream with my hands, or I can glide around rather than walking.

I can also control the viscosity and the acidity!

In what ways have you used it before?

There is a lot of different magic back in Eorzea, but I haven't witnessed something quite like that.

Hmmm... many ways. [ mina rubs her chin, thinking ] I can melt things, but I can do lots more with it. I can even make a whole body armor out of acid.

Can you do magic?

I'm what is called an Arcanist back home. I have the ability to summon familiars called Carbuncles and use a little bit of magic. I can use some healing magic, but it's nothing amazing.

Familiars... like cute pets? [ YEAH totally what familiars are ]

[aunitedeorzea]

They can be yes.

[Pulling out his grimoire to summon his moonstone carbuncle for a moment before putting it away. His carbuncle wasted no time jumping up, climbing up him to perch on his shoulder to observe the device curiously.]

Especially when you're with them for long enough.

WOAH!!! SO CUTE!!1 [ Mina claps her hands, excitedly ] And he just appears and disappears are you'd like?!

That's the gist of it anyway.

[He couldn't help but give her a small chuckle as his carbuncle leaned in closer to the device, sniffing it for a moment. Apologies because that's all she'll see for a moment before he pulls back, happily nesting on his shoulder.]

He's a familiar, but I'm rather fond of him. [Light pets to the head.]

So... What's a familiar? Kinda like a magical pet?

That's essentially what they are. There are a lot of uses for them really.
