Hey new world! I'm Teo! Just got here. I'm from Earth, but from my last world, I learned that's pretty common, and every Earth seems to be different from the others. Who's from somewhere new and who here's from Earth? And for those from Earth, what's the thing that makes it different?

[Must be nice, being normal normal and not just living a normal life being as normal as possible... Then again, Oscar was mostly normal aside from the somehow tripping into weird monster and magic bullshit all the time. His life was wild.]

I did hear of a world where having magic could put a person in danger
But people were dying in mine.
Nearly everyone's gone.
It's not that I think people with power have to be the ones saving the day, I know it's more complicated.
But, if you COULD do something, if you had the power, wouldn't you?

[In general? Yeah. It's hard to imagine leaving a bad situation he could stop alone, even when he tries so hard to keep his head down. Sometimes the strength he could help people with most wasn't magical at all, though, it felt like...]

I guess I'm thinking of something that's actually useful against whatever's going on.
Even though I got that power in the other world, I still felt pretty useless, so it would have to be something good.

I didn't get to see Taki pass on, but it was good for him even though he was just like a normal kid still

Helping a dead person is still helping a person, and if they aren't there or are happy, then there are fewer violent outbursts from them
They don't want to be hurting people (usually)
This way they won't, and life gets a little closer to whatever normal was
