Indeed. A physical collection may be safer than relying on this technology that we have little control over.

History, otherworlds, ailments, lore and the like. I see no reason to leave out anything in particular.

Those are very good things to archive. The current libraries are sorely lacking in such things.

The archives, as well, were not well cared for. Only fragments of information were able to be recovered.

If we're to succeed here, we will have to be sure information is not lost.

That is also true. I wonder what more we could have found with more time.

If you need assistance with transcribing, I enjoy doing that.

I may be able to use such assistance. While I normally write everything on my own, it may be possible to save some time if someone is at the archives copying what new information has been found.

It's possible, or at least doesn't hurt to make attempts. You can plead ignorance if you're given any trouble.

Perhaps. I'm not sure they understand the difference between adults and children anymore. They appear to have lost a sense of such nuances.

It has probably been a very long time since they have met any, since it seems the change to new bodies only happened when people reached adulthood.

Potentially tens of thousands of years. It isn't hard to imagine why they would be out of touch with humankind.

It does leave us with many issues we need to resolve ourselves, such as the education of children.

Yes, there is a lack of general educational materials as well.

Which seems odd, as even adults need reference books. I suppose those would be kept where the people that actually need them would use them.

I have been working on some resources. However, I can only dedicate so much of my time to a task. Should children of many various levels of education arrive, it will prove to be difficult to create materials appropriate for all of them.
