[The camera turns on with a wobble, showing the empty kitchen of one of the basic apartments. For just a moment, a small white paw reaches over to steady the camera; then it disappears off the side and Ahri twirls into view. She seems to be in much brighter spirits than last month, almost enough to make her sparkle.

Wait. She is sparkling. Literal glittery flecks trail behind her and fade away as she shows off a few dance poses, then leans back, pleased with herself, against the kitchen counter.]

Finally, [she flicks her hair behind her shoulders, ] a reason for me to be here. If you haven’t heard, the locals are hosting a dance competition at the end of the month. That means there’s just enough time for me to give you all a few lessons, if you need them.

[She smiles beatifically.]

Not that you’ll beat me, of course, but I’d be happy to give you a little bit of a boost. It’s only fun if we all join in, after all. So let me know if you’d like a few pointers. I know lots of styles. Ciao!!

[A pause as she realizes that "CD" might not mean anything to Lup either. Um...] A tape deck? Record player?

Oh, yeah, I know those. [Record players! She misses those things.] Anyway, you can get music going on the communicators, the network has options there. And I was able to import files from a buddy of mine. She probably had one of those MP3 players, actually, or her world's equivalent.

Solos count as dances! [Almost a pout - yes, she was planning on doing at least one performance by herself - but then she nods a little.] But the locals did mention they want us to group up. It just depends on how many other talents I can find...
