[Directly following this player plot, the evening of June 20th, all offworlders received an emergency message delivered via their communicators. The tablets beep loudly before beginning the following transmission. Today’s message comes to you not from an off-worlder but rather a robot native with police designs on their body.]

Good evening, offworlders. I am the Chief of the Havenwell Security Force.

This message is to inform you all of recent and severe criminal activity. This morning, a group of your peers assaulted two of the research towers. Several items were stolen during the incident, including information we had not at this time determined to share with the populace. These towers are not public property and the damage done is still to be determined.

This heinous crime is currently under heavy investigation.

If you, or anyone you know, has or may have information regarding the perpetrators or their accomplices, you are asked to come forward. Your identities will be kept anonymous.

Should we discover you were in any way involved during our investigation, or knowingly withheld information regarding the crime, you will be charged as an accessory to the attack and punished accordingly.

As of now, the following areas are off-limits to all offworlders for the next 24 hours until the safety of their staff and security of their assets can be confirmed: all research towers, the conservatory and zoo, factory, arena, and temples. For those uninvolved with this brazen breach of our trust, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please remain at home for your safety and the safety of others for the next 24 hours if possible. Off-worlders found wandering outside their allowed districts will be subject to search and questioning.

We will not be answering questions regarding the crime or the perpetrators at this time. Thank you.

[In addition to this message, off-worlders would find that no tech or powers could be used within or near the vicinity of the research towers, temples, or the city center. Entering any of these areas will fall under a power-dampening effect similar to that found in the city jail for 24 hours following the attack.]

[The video opens with the camera up close to Noctis, where he's trying very hard to look serious while fighting off what can only be considered giddiness.]

Hey, question for Havenwell at large... I'm pretty disappointed right now.

[He turns the camera, revealing a little lake, sparkling blue-green in colour and surrounded by lush foliage. There's a soft splash just off the shore, and Noctis utters a muffled, "there you are!" fumbling with the communicator for a moment until a lure goes flying towards it, attached to a fishing line.

When the camera returns to Noctis, he is grinning like an absolute fool, holding his fishing rod.]

Why did no one tell me about this place? Or am I the first? I hope I'm the first. Can I name it? [His voice lowers, conspiratorial.] There's fish here.

[The video cuts off, but included in his message are the coordinates to what one might assume is the pond in question, where Noct can be found fishing all. Day. Long. There's a blue chocobo curled up on a nearby rock, waiting patiently for him to finish as she's done dozens of times before.]

I've been thinking, since there are a lot of us here from different worlds and periods in time, about forming a... hm, sort of hobby group? For art, for traditional mediums. Painting and sketching. It may not be cheap, with the lack of real paper, but it's a wonderful way to socialize and relieve stress. The locals might also be interested in the results, so it's extra dora for our pockets.

Were I in a better position currently, I'd considering opening a small business for it. I imagine buying sketchpads and canvas in bulk would provide a reasonable discount.

[Oh no, he's considering the pros and cons of this idea on camera. After a moment though, he clears his throat.]

Not in the same place each month, mind you. That would be boring, I think, and we have time to find somewhere indoors to meet when the weather is too cold.
