[This video starts with a blue-haired young woman smiling and giving the camera a little wave from where she's propped it up. The house she's living in, what's visible of it at least, is tidy and neatly organized.
She likes a neat house, what can she say? Though she does acknowledge it won't be able to stay that way.]
Hello everyone! My name is Aqua and it's come to my attention that there are several unaccompanied children here in Havenwell. Or- young people, if not children.
So I'm opening my home to them. I have a couple children staying already, just so no one has to be on their own sooner than they should be, and I can take in a few more. We have four rooms, I don't mind sleeping on the couch to keep as many people living comfortably as they can.
Once I can save up enough dora, I have every intention of getting a much bigger home or getting help from Havenwell to keep a more organized system. For now though, it's just me.
If you need somewhere to stay, or know someone who does, don't be afraid to bring them by or point them by way. [Attached is a file for where her particular house is located.]
Don't worry about owing anything or needing to help either. I won't object but I don't want anyone to feel obligated, okay?

It just seems sad to leave them on their own. Kids must feel so lonely without their families or anyone to sit with them if they're scared.

The city hasn't provided any extra accommodations for the children?
[Audio]
Nothing official, from what I can tell. They are still getting used to living people again though, so it could be in the works. Until then though, it seemed right to fill that hole.

...Very well. I can create some math and science textbooks for them to learn from. They were both 9, correct? That should be approximately grade 3... Multiplication, division, fractions... I admit I did not memorize the entire curriculum and the order it's generally taught in, but I should be able to put together something acceptable.

SO he only came back to actually reply a while later when he could look as straightfaced as usual.]
You work with a lot of kids before?
video
Actually, no. I was supposed to but a few things happened that kept me from ever doing so. Now I'm just... trying to help.

You’re making sure they actually want to stay there, right? Not just... telling other people to bring them over.

That's understandable. And very noble of you. Some of them are pretty young but I won't say no for them. They might surprise us, after all!

I know a few games for the younger ones that will help them learn and hone their bodies. I have, in recent years, picked up a few charges as young as 8. I'm not terribly good with the younger ones but I'd be happy to try, at least.
[To be fair Talcott and some of the other kids orphaned by the Night are hardly normal kids either.]

... So they have found someone to offer them a steady guardianship. Good.
[She'd had her own sense of concern, having met the children, but ultimately had not known how to handle the situation. Better for someone more equipped to do so, which at least was a... direction.]
What form of aid do you require?
[ video ]
I certainly hope to, at the very least.
[That's quite the assumption but is anyone ever fully prepared?]
I suppose I could use help getting blankets and such for their rooms. And recipes, rather than relying on the replicators. It would probably be good for them if we all helped with meals, even in small ways.
I've never done this, so I'm not entirely sure.
[She wishes her master was alive.]

Others may keep an eye on them when they encounter them otherwise, though it is not the same as offering shelter.
[And committing to it, so good on Aqua for stepping up, even with any uncertainty she might have had. Though when the listed items are mentioned... hm.]
Where recipes are concerned... have you met Taako and Lup? They are experienced chefs, and may agree to assist in such an endeavor.
[She's not certain if they would agree to such an exchange for free, but, she knew this cause would ring true to them.]

[Except that one kid who called them a dork, back in Rulle. That was rude...]

That would be wonderful! I'm sure they'll appreciate it, I probably wouldn't be the best person to play with them.
[Very rude, she wouldn't tolerate that.]

I'd like to help somehow. Please let me know where you need assistance.

I'm completely open to suggestions, really. I know I have four rooms, so I can handle taking in maybe six kids? I just don't want them on their own.

[ ...
Of course, with his experience, it might be more along the lines of what not to do. His expression dims a little. ]
But, it sounds like you already intend to not let it get overcrowded, which is a great start. The next step, I think, would be to focus on making the house safe. Children are very curious and might find a way to get into everything. So, for instance, chemicals and anything sharp should be kept out of reach.
Forming a schedule to keep them on is a good idea, too, I think.

[Thoughtful look.]
Though I realized there's no children here, just robots.
video
[She glances around- not that it does any good where she is.]
I suppose not, but there must have been once. Before they all became robots.

[With a nod.]
I'm exploring the town. It seems resources are scarce and limited. But let me know if you or the kids need anything. Namely toys or even something to color and paint with.
[The latter would cost him more dora, but he didn't mind donating or giving things away.]
