[The audio on this message is a little hard to pick out from some background noise - it sounds like Kiwi is in a public area with a lot of chatter.]

Hi everyone. So, Will is staying with me for a while. He's been really stressed and sad, after the monster attack and...some friends of his getting sick.

So I want to do something to cheer him up; I'm putting together kind of a last minute party. Nothing too fancy...if you want to come over, we can play some games or just talk. I just want to remind Will that we love him and we're still here!

Let me know if you'd like to come...and don't tell Will about it! I want to surprise him.

So you're like, a boss battle?

[Oh no, that is so cool]

You could say that! If the Champion is the final boss, then we're the boss rush you have to fight through to take them down! A monarch and their steadfast knights~

[Not nearly as serious as a real Shield, but same general idea, right?]

Wow. That's awesome. You must be pretty tough then.

You bet!

[Have a conspiratorial stage whisper.]

I'll tell you something most people don't realize. We're probably all better trainers than our Champions on the whole. Sure, they may beat us in raw power, but we're the ones keeping their title safe. They only fight when someone breaks through, but we've got what it takes to endure all the challengers that come through.

And of course, I'm the gatekeeper. I face everyone who challenges us, even if they don't even make it to the second Elite.

[So by that logic, he's clearly the awesomest one there. Sure, he may lose the most, but that's because he's taking on how many more people? Sprints and marathons are very different beasts, as Prompto probably knows well.]
