Hey everyone! I realized the other day that this is the first time I've ever lived on my own. It was kind of fun at first, but now that the novelty has worn off, it's actually pretty boring. So I was wondering if anyone wanted to be roommates?

I'm sure a lot of you are thinking "but I've already settled in to the place I found", but I have a list of qualifications that might change your mind.

[He holds up a fingers for each point he makes.]

Firstly, I will never eat your food. Because I literally can't. Second, I won't hog the bathroom. I'm not even sure what it's used for, but I've heard you organics value your time in there.

If just that isn't enough to change your mind, I can also reach high places because I'm very tall. Fourth, I can turn into a car. If you ever need something, I can go get it way faster than you could by just walking. And fifth, I love movies, so we could have lots of movie nights! If... they have movies here. I haven't actually checked come to think of it...

[He pauses for a moment.]

I probably should have started with this but my name's Tailgate, by the way. I don't mind moving in somewhere, but if you want to move in where I'm living now, we, uh, might need new furniture.

[It's not his fault that the sofa and chairs in the living area were not made for the weight of a Cybertronian.]

((OOC: Obviously not everyone can have Tailgate for a roommate as much as they want to, so let me know if you do really want to move in with this disaster. Pretty sure Natasha is going to be one roommate, so that leaves three open slots.))

Hey! It's going pretty well, I can't complain. Finally got the replicator working without blowing anything up. How are you? I take it Cor is a friend of yours?

[Just ignore that first part. It's probably a joke. Anyways, Cor sounds a bit like Ultra Magnus. Or Red Alert.]

I'd like that, you'll have to let me know where your place is. If I can't find any roommates, do you think I could host a movie night at your place? Or would that freak out your Cor too much?

[Regis raises an eyebrow at Tailgate, but for the moment, doesn't mention the replicator comment. Now, if he starts hearing robots asking for assistance in rebuilding a bunch of townhouses, they may need to have a chat.]

Indeed he is. He's one of the few people I trust as much as I trust my Shield.

[He nods then, making a note for after the video ends.]

I'll text the address to you so you can save it, and don't worry about Cor. Once he gets to know you, he won't give you any trouble. You are quite welcome to host movie nights here even if you do find roommates. It sounds like a great way to spend the evening.

[Cor might actually approve of him doing something so relaxing and fun once and a while. Being a king hasn't really left him time to enjoy such things.]

[Naw, it was just his own kitchen that got a little scorched. Thankfully, putting out literal and figurative fires on the Lost Light is something he got used to.]

Awesome. It's my favorite way to spend an evening! Parties, drinks, and dancing are all fun, but I think movie night is better. I might need some help with figuring out what snacks would be good for humans and other organics though. I don't really know a lot about what you guys eat.

It's not something I've had the chance to do since my youth, but I agree with you, especially since normal parties generally are not fun things when you are the royal attending them.

[No, parties are work then.]

Considering how many different worlds we come from, it might be best just to ask about it as you speak with others. I can give you some snack ideas that are popular on Eos, but I don't know if they will be the same on other worlds.

[That might be part of the fun, though. Trying new snacks!]

Oh, that's a good point. Just being a human doesn't mean you all eat the same stuff, huh? I'll have to make a list when I invite everyone of something they like...

It is 'super lame' as you say. I detest having to put on a 'happy face' and 'play nice' with people when really all I want to do is set that ambassador's wig on fire because it looks like its eating his head. Unfortunately, alliances can be made and broken at such events, so play nice I must for the good of my country.

[He still thinks saving that poor ambassador from having his head eaten would be a good thing, though.]

Not at all. For example, I highly doubt anyone here who isn't from Eos knows what a garula is, let alone how to cook a good garula steak.
