[ Mina was asleep for the past three days, and her dream was horrible. When she woke up, she was sore and covered in bruises, but that's the least of her worries. After telling the temple guards she could stand up and go back to her place on her own, Mina ventures outside while reaching for her tablet.

the video feed starts and she offers a big smile that she tries really hard to keep. Mina will talk while she's walking, slowly and stumbling ]

I'm awake... I- I don't know what happened, I just... It's all very confusing, everything in this place always is- [ she takes a deep breath, to push her hair off her face, and suddenly she trips and falls. The communicator falls too, but the video feed doesn't stop.

Mina grips to her knee, now bleeding due to her fall ] it hurts- [ she whispers that, and after clings to her leg ] it really hurts... [ the smile isn't there and a sob follows while Mina nuzzles her knee.

And finally, she starts crying, sobbing loudly like a child. Because... well, she is one. ]

[He was at the bar when the video came through. He was about to speak when Mina fell. He was already on the move when she whispered and was on the street when the tears came. By that time Gladio had shoved his communicator back into his pocket and had took off at a run.

He was pretty sure he knew where she was from the video, but it still took him a good few minutes before he made it to the temple.

Gladio slowed his approach and called out, not wanting to spook her.]

Mina...? Hey, kiddo.

[When he was close enough he knelt down beside her and smiled kindly.]

Need help gettin home?

[ by the time Gladio arrives, Mina has cried her heart out. She is still sniffing and tears are still present in her eyes, but she is no longer sobbing.

When she hears his voice, she looks back at the man and tries to dry away her eyes]

Gladio-san...

I think I can. [ not home. This is not home, let's be honest...]

[callmegladio]

Hey, princes. C'mon. Let me help.

[He was careful and he was gentle as he reached forward to slip his arms under her and lifted her into his arms and rose to his feet.]

Lets get you back to your place. Then I think I've a potion that can keep up that knee... [He hissed in sympathy when he took a look at it.] Scraped it up pretty bad.

[ Mina allows him to carry her, and Mina holds on to him with a tine nod ]

T-thank you. [ she doesn't care about her bleeding knee, to be honest. That was just the excuse she needed to let out her tears ] Potions...? [ she didn't know those potions existed here ]

[callmegladio]

Yeah. It'll heal that knee right up.

[He gave her a kind, gentle smile and was careful as they walked, doing his best not to jostle her too much. Gladio did hesitate for a moment though, before he finally had to ask.]

... You gonna tell me what happened?

Mina...chan?

[ If this had been an instance of the usual, energetic Mina tripping and scraping her knee, Kyoko would have immediately flown into an overblown frenzy to come rescue her, but something is obviously wrong. Instead of the usual dramatics, Kyoko frowns softly into the screen, brow creased. ]

H-hey--where are you? [ Actually, maybe she's not still in the street by the time she gets this response. ] Did you make it back to your place??

[pinkxeno]

[ it will take a while for Mina to answer, but she does.

When she finally replies, Mina looks less roughed up and while she is no longer crying she is just... Sad.]

Kyoko-Chan, I'm here. [ she attempts a smile but it doesn't come out] I'm at Bakugou's house, he brought me here.

[ Kyoko definitely frets the whole time it takes for that response to come, but just wandering around the streets of Havenwell she doesn't manage to find Mina. By the time she's managed to work out from the video what area her friend was in when she made it, the notification for a response from Mina pops up on her tablet. ]

Oh--thank goodness. Mina-chan, what... happened? Are you hurt really bad?

[pinkxeno]

[ mina doesn't really think she can talk about what happened. Plus she is a Hero, this is what heroes go through, ins't it?

She shakes her head ] No, I'm alright. it doesn't hurt. [ not physically ] I was just a bit banged up.

[He has a lot of questions, and he's about to ask what the hell is going on and why is she covered and bruises and why does her smile not look as genuine but then he stops. The questions can wait.]

Don't think about moving. I'm heading over.

[He isn't even sure if she heard him. He heads over, flying over because it's faster. He gets there fast enough to find her sobbing. What the hell happened? Should he hug her? He crouches down, extending his hand.]

Come on. Let's go somewhere else.

[pinkxeno]

[ she didn't but eventually she will stop sobbing and reach for the communicator. Once Katsuki arrives, Mina is drying her tears away - but once she looks at him they just start again.

Mina heard he, Todoroki and Midoriya got hurt real bad. While she doesn't know the extent of it, she is aware something happened.]

Bakugou... [ she reaches back to his hand, squeezing tightly] t-this is all wrong...

[hot_handed]

[What the hell did she see? Katsuki squeezes her hand without thinking about it.]

This place is wrong, but we'll get out.

[He should have blown up that fucking temple like he wanted to. Seeing his friend like this...it's frightening and infuriating all at once.]

Not this place- back home... everything is wrong... [ mina rubs her eyes with her other hand, trying to fight back her tears ]

I was home... [ she doesn't know how but she is certain of it. She was there, she lived through it all, she even has bruises here and there to prove it ]

[Out walking, he hears the crying before he finds where it's coming from. Not one to leave someone else in distress, he hurries over, and is surprised to see it's Mina. She looks scraped up. He crouches down near her.]

Hey, are you okay?

[pinkxeno]

[ no, she is not okay. She is scared and everything is wrong... The reason why she isn't crying isn't really because of the wounds, it's because something inside really hurts.]

I... Don't know. [ she tries to wipe her tears away] I was home and-now I'm here.

[wakemelater]

[She was home. They're near a temple. He hasn't seen her around for a few days. It's not hard to put the pieces together.]

Same thing happened to me. Do you want to go somewhere? Home, or...? The cat café has cake.

[That can help you feel better, right? Cake?]

[ she nods softly. Actually, cake is very welcomed, but also the company. She doesn't want to be alone right now ]

I-is it going to be terrible, tho? The robots never get the food right. [ she attempts a small joke through the tears ]

[Tony scrambled from where he'd been working at the arena to respond to Mina's video. The armor was already forming around him as he watched in dismay. He dropped the large wrench he had been working with and leapt into the air.]

Mina! Don't go anywhere, honey. I'm on my way! Are you still near your temple?

[pinkxeno]

[ Mina eventually reaches for the communicator. Her knee isn't bleeding a lot, and honestly, it's not the knee that hurts. But she doesn't know how else to express it because a lot hurts so bad inside her chest and this was the best way to get it out.

She nods as she looks back at Tony, rubbing her face with her arm]

Y-yes, Diatch... I was asleep there for three days.

[runs_on_batteries]

[He normally doesn't travel nearly this fast in the city, but today he's leaving behind a rattling Arena as he hits Mach speed as soon as she confirms her whereabouts.

It's barely minutes before he'd appear dropping out of the sky like a meteor. He manages to cut the momentum early enough to breaking the pavement, but if there were a few small cracks you'd know who to blame.

His helmet receded as he took the last few steps to her and kneeled at her side.]

We've been worried about you, sweetie. Let me take a look at your knee.

[pinkxeno]

[ Mina gasps when she hears Tony arriving, quickly turning her head. After what she went through, she can't help to be on high alert, but ends up relaxing when she sees who it is. ] it's not bleeding anymore.

[ Mina moves, to pull her leg up a little ]

Do you know... what happened? I was back in my world, I wasn't here- [ she didn't even remember "here" ]

[ mina eventually brings the communicator closer to her, while she rubs her face to dry the tears ]

N-near Diacht temple. I have been sleeping there for the past three days. [ that's what they told her ]

That's one very long nap...

[Maybe Morgana would approve? He shouldn't think like that but...]

I'll bring some food, a first aid kit and a blanket. We can talk for a bit.

[ she nods softly ] Thank you. I will wait by the stairs.
