Good afternoon! This is just a general question and it's not important, but if you had (or actually do have) wings, what would make you want to NOT have wings anymore?

Anyone can feel free to answer, regardless of experience with wings.

It’s a very unique place, to be sure. Nothing on the surface can compare. I actually didn’t like it at first but it grew on me quickly.

It is nice on some level and an absolute headache on others. She liked it so much there that she decided to stay. There’s an American saying I’ve heard that goes “guests, like fish, begin to smell after three days” and it is certainly true in this case. She’s always been a sort of troublesome sort with expensive habits and a predilection to flights of fancy. I even had to rescue her from the Brass Embassy at one point.

She was at first, but she moved to her own quarters fairly quickly, thank heavens. I still had to go and check up on her fairly frequently, though.

The Brass Embassy is the base of operations for the devils of London. “Hell away from Hell,” they call it.

Hahaha. ”Going to battle” makes it sound much more dramatic than it actually was. In reality, retrieving a bartered soul requires more greasing palms and wading through red tape than it does any sort of fighting prowess. And honestly, having seen the way Hell fights its wars? I’ll be glad to keep my nose out that business, anyway.

I’m very flattered to hear you say that. I’ve had to spend years building a reputation with infernal types in order to pursue my goals, so navigating those waters isn’t as tricky as it once was. At the end of the day, though, she was family and I really had no choice but to succeed.

I’m sure you have people you’d go to similar lengths for.
