Hello!
This is probably a pretty common question, so please bear with me. I can more or less understand why full-time, regular jobs aren't the norm here, and I guess it's not too surprising that there's no school either, but there's something I kinda don't get at all. The longer I'm stuck here, the more I can't help wondering about it.
What exactly is everybody doing all day? You're not all just dedicating your lives to skinship 24/7, right? Is there something else we're supposed to be working on, and I missed hearing about it?

Well, for someone your age, I guess the expectations should be a little different anyway.... Did that Mister Ignis teach you to read, then?
damn this is me tagging late at night, I meant to type Verstael not Ignis ORZ they're not even close
IT HAPPENS, we can retcon it~
I guess having a bunch of private tutors would be a better education than school, anyway, huh? It seems like you're doing pretty well.

I thought it would be pretty well known in a place like this, but maybe it's actually not?

[ Anyway. ]
But it's not enough for you, is it? Or is it that you have trouble with touch, if I may ask?

Personally, learning to cook better is proving to be my current challenge.
[Because she is a Rich Sheltered Girl.]
voice | sounds good!
There's a bit of a sigh, but Kyoko decides to leave that topic alone for now. ]
Cooking, huh? It's definitely a challenge with the ingredients we can get out of those replicators, but I've been doing a lot of that too. I can only eat so much, though.... What kind of food is it that you're interested in?
voice
[Oh as in, no one's been interested to ask about it before so she's surprised—and happy!]
Nothing that's much too complicated. As you've said, there's a lack of ingredients anyway. Mostly, I'd just like to be capable of cooking new dishes for variety and for my housemate. But I suppose... I'd like to learn to prepare something more tasty and filling? Curry or other meat dishes...
I can sympathize, though! I do love eating as well, though I've yet to tire of it.
voice
Curry... it sure is hard without the roux, huh? Even if I knew which spices to use, I don't think I'd be able to get them all. Even for hayashi rice, I can't get the sauce to taste right.... Running into your limits sure is disappointing. At least I can manage okay omurice and hamburger steaks....
But a good appetite is important! You'll always be healthy.

[How are those not all the same thing, the world asks.]

Amazing.... How do you do it? Is there a trick? Are you taking medicine, or drinking special teas?

But I did that before, too.

You should recommend me some books! I'll bet you know all the most interesting ones.

I can try. What kind of books do you like to read?

But what about you, Vianca-chan?

Have you no tasks that you would set for yourself? Those who have brought us here may have their own intent for our presence, but they have been otherwise ... hands off in how we conduct ourselves.
