Hello! This is a little sudden, but I'd like to hear some opinions. Anyone who has time, please go ahead and answer!

Does it seem to you like the native folks are getting better at keeping the basic requirements of human life in mind?

How should a person bargain for things like meal breaks, sleep breaks and so on with potential employers who haven't needed such things themselves in thousands of years? Would it even be possible to persuade someone like that?

Would it be possible for someone with an ordinary, mundane human body to impersonate a robot? How would you do it? Would there be a punishment if you got caught, do you think?

This is all just brainstorming, so please don't worry about wrong answers! Thank you!

As strange as it sounds, I don't think they're kidnapping people for vile reasons. [Surprisingly...] but they're bound to slip up at some point. They don't really know what humans need to get by. As I said before though, if they need our help, they're going to have to look into these things.

Has anybody told them what humans' needs are previously? If not, it would be a good idea to do so.

I agree. A crime is still a crime, no matter what reason it's for. It doesn't matter if it's for a good reason or not.

[In his opinion, it's not a good reason, but he's also not interested in helping either.]

And nobody else has stepped up to fill the role?

[She's also talking to somebody who has a very twisted view on justice and law. He's also a detective working with the police -- or has in the past anyway -- he's bound to have thoughts on that.]

So you might just need to seek someone out who would fit the role well. There's no shame in asking for something like that.

[He also phrases this in a particular way because he's not interested in the role.]

You wouldn't really dump it on somebody so much as offering the position. Those who are interested in the job will rise to the challenge, I'm sure. I'm sure there's probably somebody here who would be interested.

I would offer myself, but I don't think I'm a good fit for the job.
[He just doesn't care enough.]

So why not suggest the idea? Put out something regarding the position idea, see if somebody is interested, and put it to a vote.

There's no reason why it couldn't be an elected position. All you have to do is try. You won't get anything done if you never take action on it. What good is an idea if you never do anything past talk about it?

Not really. I'll be blunt. I have no interest in this endeavor. I just don't care for people who talk big but do nothing to act on it.

[Not that he's saying she's necessarily doing this, but it's still tiring.]

If you really want an ambassador or something for those of use brought here, then you'll do something about it somehow. Take my advice or leave it. That's up to you.

I wish you luck.

[Why was he still messaging? That was the real question. It was time to abort.]

Nevermind. I didn't intend to make this confusing. I should have been more clear myself. My apologies.
